I am so disappointed

I have a problem with this school since they are failing to resolve my issue. So my son who was I grade 2 was diagnosed with ADHD, had a meeting with the teacher(lovely teacher) who showed her concerns regarding him and had difficulties to deal with him then suggested I take him out of the school and find him a new school. Well I did just that because I had no choice. I asked them if I take him out now the 3 months contract will it not apply in my case and they assured me it was not going to apply.

End of Feb, they billed me I called the finance department and they told me they are fixing it. Monday in April 8th I received sms from their lawyers that I am owing 17Kplus and I have seven day to resolve this. I am now on day 4 and still my issue is not resolved. My frustration is how did it get here. It's my name on the line here.
