Highly disappointed

I am at Curro in Soshanguve to get school books loaded von my children's devices. I have been here since 9am, it's 10:15 right now but the que has not moved an inch. No one is communicating with us as to what might be the hold up and there are only two people employed to help with all the high school students books. Are we seriously expected to sit here all day?
