<p>My children were students at Buliding Blocks Noordwyk for 2years (2015 - 2016). On September 2016, the school requested parents to send a written notice of termination if their children will not be returning to the school in 2017. I immediately acted on the schools instruction as I had decided not to enrol my children back for 2017. </p> <p>On 3 January 2017, the school debited my account (R2 399) and then I requested my bank to reverse the transaction. I subsequently sent an email to the school and later followed up with the Finance manager, Chris. He further requested me to resend the email to him and that he will look into the matter and revert to me. This was on 10 January 2017, to date I have not heard from him or the school. Again, this morning, 04 February 2017 the school made a deduction of the same amount as above, and again I had to travel to the branch to do a reversal. I am extremely dismayed by this and find it very ********* and emotionally abusive, after having followed the school procedures and handed in the termination notice on time dated, 27 September 2016. I’m reminded that, in the two years my children have been at Building Blocks, there was an incident around January 2016 whereby due to a misunderstanding my payment to the school was made a few days late. The school acted very bleakly towards my children and subsequently locked them out of school for the day. Today, the very same school breaches an agreement and accesses my account twice ********ly yet nothing has been done about it. The manner in which the school handles parents urgent matter is shocking, which is the reason why I decided to revoke my children from the school and seeked other private schools around Midarand and Kayalami that has nothing to do with Curro.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disturbed by this and I expect to be reimbursed for the costs incurred whilst running around trying to sort out this rather nonsensical matter. The economy currently, unfortunately does not allow for fruitless expenditure of such nature.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
