Does not even know what a transfer card is

My daughter was at Curro Rivonia for primary school and have now moved her to another school to complete her high school.

It has been an absolute nightmare to get a transfer card. First of all they have no idea what a transfer card is and second the head of the school does not even act on anything and has no professionalism. She never reaponds on anything. Cannot get through telephonically. Cannot deal with this school. My daughter starts school tomorrow and we have been emailing thw school since end November for the transfer card, but they are so *********** that they don't know what's happening. Phone client services and they say I need to go into the school for assistance. No one can help.
