Debit Order not refunded...Still awaiting ?

<p>I was debited R3350 from my account,i have sent a mail to ***nor at the school(Embury) and i am still awaiting feedback from her head office. Today i called the head office and Nathan Thomas told me the accounts lady is in a meeting(is she the only one that can assist) and that i need to fill in a form at the school and the school will send it to them of which i was not not aware. We have already wasted sooooooo much time here and i urgently require the money by Friday for another expense. Its not my fault that you guys debited me for this,Can this get sorted out asap as i am not happy now</p>
