Curro School - Unreasonable Notice Policy and Aggressive Debt Collection Tactics I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Curro School's policy regarding notice periods for student withdrawal and their debt collection practices.

Unforeseen Circumstances and Unreasonable Policy:

My son was a student at Curro until recently. Due to an unexpected job change requiring relocation, we were forced to move houses. Unfortunately, this move necessitated withdrawing my son from the school.

The issue lies with the policy mandating a three-month notice for withdrawal. It's unreasonable to expect such foresight, especially for job-related relocations. Finding out about the move and securing a new residence often happens on short notice.

Unprofessional Communication Tactics:

When I informed the school of our situation, they imposed a penalty of three months' worth of fees. Disputing this charge due to the unforeseen circumstances, I have been subjected to constant and aggressive debt collection tactics. Both the school and their lawyers have been calling me excessively, creating immense stress and frustration.

Transparency and Understanding Needed:

Curro's policy lacks empathy for genuine situations beyond a parent's control. Their aggressive collection tactics only exacerbate the situation. A more transparent and understanding approach would be far more professional.

Looking for a Solution:

I urge Curro to re-evaluate their notice policy to account for unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, employing less aggressive debt collection methods would create a more positive experience for families facing similar situations.
