Curro School - Be very wary

My son, F Raubenheimer attended the primary school until the end of grade 7 and finished in 2023. As from grade 8, in 2024 he attended Afrikaans Hoer Seunskool, Pretoria. Curro Holdings Ltd then charged me school fees for F Raubenheimer for grade 8 from January 2024 until April 2024. Curro Holdings alleges that it is the same school and notice had to be given, 3 months in advance in terms of a fixed term agreement. The fixed term agreement Curro relies on has been concluded in September 2017. The fixed term agreement with Curro Holdings is for a term that far exceeds the maximum allowable term as provided for in section 14(4) of the CPA being 24-months as pronounced by the Minister. Despite notice that have been given in January 2024 (under protest) in terms of section 14(2)(b)(i)(bb), Curro Holdings continue to demand the fees and fails to attend to queries regarding my other children without me first making payment.
