Curro Savanna City threatens to hand me over for not paying fees prior to our agreement date.

I regret the day I took my child to Curro Savanna City. The principal NEVER replies to my emails unless I Cc the head office. Dikeledi in the finance department never replies to question / requests sent by email. I went to school to arrange for the payment arrears of school fees I am owing since I'm experiencing a financial challenge in the period of Covid-19 and I was intending to arrange for a debit order which was not a success because Curro cannot debit on the day that suits me. I've arranged with Dikeledi (Finance office) to pay R2500 from January 2021 going forward and I will make a plan of paying the fees in arrears. It was a verbal agreement. I have paid R2500 on the 26 February as agreed but I still get calls and emails that I will be handed over if I do not settle the amount of R5206.82 in 2 days. The amount of R5206.82 includes the fees that I have to pay end of February and today is only the 2nd February but I am already threatened to be handed over if I don't make a payment. I am on arears of R2 826.97 NOT R5 026.82. I have been receiving calls that threaten me to be handed over if I don't pay immediately. I AM FACING FINANCIAL CHALLANGES, THIS COVID-19 PERIOD HAS AFFECTED ME AS WELL. CURRO CAN CHASE MY CHILD OUT THEIR SCHOOL IF IT WILL MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER & STOP THREATENING ME WITH CALLS AND EMAILS. I AM AWARE I AM A BIT BEHIND WITH SCHOOL FEES.
