Curro Roodeplaat shakedown

Curro Roodeplaat, once again. We transferred from Curro Roodeplaat to Curro Krugersdorp. I wrote a previous complain about the fact that we had left Curro Roodeplaat where my daughter was attending, to Krugersdorp Roodeplaat. We were hounded to pay for an amount where we'd already moved to another school internally. There seems to be some separation in terms of accounts, which shouldn't be my problem as that I am consumer... they need to find a way to consolidate their accounts. This was fixed after almost a year of complaining, only after writing my complaint on here. Now After they settled my account, they highlighted that I need to pay for a trip that my daughter didn't even attend. I sent an email back that we didn't attend the trip because we knew that we were moving. My mail went into a black whole again, because they didn't respond after I had highlighted this. They instead kept sending emails, and I responded that we didn't attend this trip. The accounts department and the school head still choose to ignore this, now they have sent my account to debt collectors. What type of shoddy admin does a school that requires R7k -R8k manage? This is a shakedown, which is taking advantage because they can make up a story of non-payment, refuse to resolve it and send it to debt collectors. This is disgusting to say the least, disgusting. Manage your admin better and stop doing shakedowns on the same people whose finances keep the school in business.
