Curro Roodeplaat Finance let down!!!!!

Our daughter moved from Curro Soshanguve to Curro Roodeplaat years ago, and the transfer process seemed to be smooth in terms of transferring a student within the organisation. Recently, we moved from Roodeplaat to Krugersdorp. Contacted, the head office as per previous... and the transfer was conducted. We pay mostly in advance, so our credit was in the positive.

Now once we moved to Krugersdorp, the Krugersdorp school was very helpful and transferred accordingly as per previously (this was all arranged via head office). However the school in Roodeplaat continued to run billing in parrallel with the new school. I sent them an email trying to understand why this is the case, the mails go into a black hole. Trying to call is equally futile because no one picks up on the other side, and when there is a response, the end destination is either on leave or not avail.

I have sent email after email asking why the school is debitting. No response, but instead they kept sending me an invoice. In December they sent the account to laywers and yet again, I sent another email enquiring. And as per always, no response. I phoned head office, spoke to one of the agents - they saw my dilemma and said I should log a ticket. I logged a ticket, no one called me. The ticket was just subsequently closed, I still get an email from the lawyers saying that I owe and need to pay them. Why are we paying so much money if basic admin is so problematic? I can end up being blacklisted here for sheer incompentence and absolute apathy. I didn't want to use this route, but these people are playing with people's lives whilst all we want to do is take our kids to the best schools our hard earned money can afford. Why is this matter being handled in this manner?
