Curro Rivonia transfer

My son was enrolled at Curro Rivonia and I transferred him to a different Curro cause we relocated . Our account at Curro Rivonia is now in credit of more than R3K but the finance lady has been giving me excuses about repaying us the money since January . It’s now March , I’ve been calling every week and they keep promising to sort it out but they don’t !
