Curro protea transfer nightmare

Curro does not care about the Parents and Students well being, I have been struggling with just a mere transfer from Savanah to Protea, had to do a full application only to be told there is no space, however on their IG page they open for new applications, I sent a WhatsApp to Dora Nkosi head of Marketing inquiring about New application and she sent me application forms meaning that clearly there is space, if there was no space she was going to state that there is no space available for specific grade. The whole situation is draining Financially and Emotionally because when my son goes to Savannah we pay more, like R1500 more, Plus he has to be at School before 6am and they come back in the afternoon at 17:00, obviously that will affect the kids academics because they get home and they are tired and drained. I am so not happy about Curro am livid.
