In 2023 I managed to pay my son’s school fees in full for the year and by the end of that year I had a credit left of R2000 and some odd rands credit left in our account. I then had some family issue a family and professional problem which forced me to take my son out of the school. I then went to the school NUMEROUS TIMES to explain my dilemma, where I was then given a letter that permits the urgent removal of my son from the school. Only to later be sent statements to still pay school fees for the next 3 months of 2024 (while paying school fees for the new school) and yet I went to the office to explain myself. I've had to miss work or go to work late and only once or twice was I able to find the finance lady. All the other times I was told she is unavailable (that's just how useless the finance department is but very quick to hand you over) and have sent her emails to no response ***. I called in at the call center and spoke to Justin Africa who refused to help or give me a number to call in order to get assistance and also hung up on me refusing to help me. I keep being thrown from pillar to post and for the whole of 2024 I've been trying to get this issue solved and have been handed over to some attorney just because they refuse to help me. Even If I had the means to take him back to that school I would never because from reception they don't even pay attention to you upon arrival, the last time I was there they didn't even attend to me so I just decided to walk straight to the finance office so from the front desk I am not really surprised by the poor service I've been getting. Let me not even get started with the kids that loiter around during contact time while classes are in progress and such issues aren't addressed and yet they are very quick to hand one over even though my child has left the school. Another money making scheme these pop up schools IT’S DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!
