Curro Parkdene

I enrolled my son at Curro Parkdene in 2023. I had read all the reviews and prayed that I do not get to experience any of the horrible things people said about Curro Parkdene. So, I went ahead and enrolled him for Grade5. He was an A/B student and his marks dropped drastically to 30%. His books were blank, one could tell that there was no teaching taking place. They would spend weeks to months with no teachers for some subjects because the teachers there do not stay. They have a very high staff turn-over. The majority of kids there are so unruly because there is no discipline. There is so much bullying and fighting which are not reported. So, I decided to remove him after 1st term because he had performed dismally, and the bullying was too much. They ignored my notice of withdrawal despite a number of attempts to get a response from them. They are very selective in what they respond to, very ***** and weird people. They refused to give me a transfer card and signed report, as a result we could not get my son into the school that we wanted. Now they have been billing us as if our child is still in their school and they were very quick to hand us over to their attorneys who threatened to blacklist us. So we paid for Apr and May even though our child was no longer there. Now they thought, hmm there should more where this money came from; and they sent us a bill for June. What a joke. Then we asked for a balance statement so that we know how much we still have to pay, and they never responded. The next thing they will be threatening us with lawyers. We are waiting. These people are playing a dangerous game, not in country where there is so much anger and people struggling financially. They think they can just get money out of people just like that and all will be well. They will punish you for removing your child from their school. This is a democratic country, and we have freedom of choice. I regret enrolling my son in that school. My advice to other parents is if you want to experience John 10:10, this is the school for you.
