Curro New Road is a disappointment

I am really disappointed with Curro New Road. I have an account query with Curro client care since June. I was reffered back to the two schools related to my matter. Curro Mbombela responded in July 2025 and referred me to Curro New road. I have made several calls and left messages for the finance lady to call me back with no luck. I even sent her an email on the 30th of July and have not heard anything from her. I honestly don't know what to make of this lack of care displayed by individuals who are supposed to be professional at their field of business. I must put it on record that Elvida from Client services has been very helpful and professional. She actually went an extra mile to assist me during my niece's transfer.
