Curro Holdings - Not even Management Bothers to call back!

Our Experience with Curro Holdings has been nothing but shocking. Our daughter has been at a Curro school for 3 years and now we decided to transfer her across to Curro online. I explained from the beginning that this had to be a speedy and seamless process as I need my daughter to start school asap as we cant afford her to lose out on even more school work. I was promised that this would all be done fast and effectively. I have had to follow up none stop via email and phone. Eventually they transferred her and then that was it, now we don't know what class she is , we don't know who her teacher is, we don't know who to contact etc etc. We insisted that management call us to resolve this matter and I was assured that they would call me back asap. Until now I am still waiting............ Clearly my child's education is not a priority to you but rather just another income to come into Curro Holding.
