Curro Fores**** staff are dishonest

After much consideration and advise I have decided to take legal action against Curro Fores****. This school is nothing more than just a business. My son was fasley accused of being caught on camera smoking in his classroom. I received a call from Suzanne on the 13.04.2022 after 12 to tell me that my son was suspended and that he was being held in detention because they have video footage of him smoking in his classroom. I was not only shocked but it felt unreal because like most parents we know out children but after being convince that the school had it on video I was heartbroken. I advised Suzanne to send him home at 1 and she explained I will have to wait until the principal Wellington can fit me in. At 3 I receive a call from home to tell me my son was still not home I went into a panic thinking the worst has happened to him. When I called the school I was told that no one Kew he was still in detention and I was livid. The next day I insisted to speak to the principal as my son was suspended and I wanted to view the video that the school had and get to the bottom of why he was chased away from the school. After pressing Suzanne the story change to the video is too long and Eben the video was to grainy which I have on a recorded line which I called from finally she admitted that there way no video and it was all a lie and from there the nightmare began with my Curro Fores****. Not onyhaave the affected us as a family emotionally but mentally my son was broken that day and the weeks after. I have been having sleepless night over this profiling and targeting my son and the school simply rep**** that they no longer will ingage in the matter on an email received from Mr Ross that couldn't even look in my eyes and showed so little regard for the situation as he put it my son was not traumatized although his not medically trained as I pointed out abd he suggested I take my son out of the school.

I am shocked at how this school thinks they above the law and how they can treat myself and my son. I have no choice but to take this matter further legally
