Curro Castle Rosen Shame on You!

What a terrible most horrible unbelievable experience. We visited the Curro Rosen Castle school in Tygervalley area. upon the first visit we rang the bell, knocked on the door and the two ladies behind the counter did not even look our way. We drove to Durbanville Curro Castle. There the playground is 100 square meters with artificial grass expecting your child to stay indoors all day and if there is play time the ground is hard and horrid. We then returned to Rosen who looked like a better facility. They opened the door - hoorah! The administrative person (Carmen Visser) who took us on a tour, told us that she will find out if there is space, she confirmed. Then we met the teacher, she confirmed she had space. We then agreed to have the 'Welcome pack filled in' and delivered to the school on Monday with our registration and school fees. Upon arriving home I found an email in my inbox stating that they do not in fact have space for my child. Unbelievable. I then phoned and spoke to Sally Langerman, Operational Head. I even sent her an email to confirm our discussion that she will find out if there is place for my child going in the new year as well as they then said that she could stay for two months but can not be assured for the next years entry. We discussed that I had to return to work on Monday and need to place my child in a school. Obviously she did not have any concern herewith. Today I try and call her as she did read the email I sent yesterday, only to find out that she has left for the day. Their values, I am now sure they do not practice what they preach or say on they web site. Thanks Sally for honoring your word and NOT getting back to us. You need not trouble yourself to even bother to get back to us as my child will NOT be enrolled at your school ever.
