My daughter has been in the school and we were happy with the standard, thanks to her amazing teacher. With that mind set we thought it would be great to have all our kids attend. We were told they have space and rushed us to make the deposit and secure our spot. Only to find out on their first day the school had nothing ready for them. Their beds were not dressed or labeled, no daily books were in stock, the teacher did not introduce herself and there was no itinerary. In the 3 weeks after the support has just gone down. The teacher is rude, the class room is dirty, bedding dirty (we have to put our own cover on the bed every day) and they do not have more than a handful of toys for 15 kids. They do not have enough support in the class room to handle the amount of kids they pushed to get in. Which resulted in 4 kids being taken out during the 3 weeks. I have also noticed that the bigger kids are bullying the smaller ones. My child came home with a scratched nose, when I asked the teacher she said she never noticed. The daily books are a waste of the paper they are printed on, as the teacher tends to leave out half the information (which means when the boys get home we don't know what time they had milk or slept). We have sent emails and no response, both myself and my wife have spoke to the HM no solutions have been put in place. Aside from when we go to the school and sit down with the HM no one has contacted us to keep us posted on the progress or corrections being made. The sad part is when I leave my kids at school I leave with a sick feeling in my gut thanks to the rude teacher of the grade 1 class. No parent should have that feeling when they leave their loved ones at a school.
