Curro Academy account department

I really hate having to complain but this issue has not received the attention it merits. Long story short, my daughter joined Curro Academy Parkdene in 2021.Being the enthusiastic parents we are, we settled the full years fees in january 2021.At the end of 2021 I received calls and statements showing, that Im owing the school. Turns out they never app**** the 5% discount that is due when fees are paid up front. It is now April 2022.Im being charged interest on the arrrears amount. Ive called, emailed and done everything possible to get the situation rectified. There's never a response from their accounts department. They just dont seem to care!!! I fear eventually I will be forced to pay the arrears amount(once its accumulated tons of interest) this all because they cant fix a mistake that they have made.Do not pay their fees upfront....
