CCTV footage of a ****** car

A friend went to drop off his kids on Saturday, 18th, for sports day. He left his wife with the kids, 15 mins later to go fetch something from the car that was parked in the school yard, and it was not there. He asked for CCTV footage, and was told a whole lot of stories, from load shedding the previous day, to it being *******. This is scary, given the fact that you entrust your child's security when you drop him off. I was really appalled, because I have CCVT and know how it operates. His point is not to blame the school, but to find out exactly how this happened. I have advised him to contact 702, as the police are also giving him the run around. After speaking to a non-sympathetic head of the school, he is left with very few options
