Case of Bullying disregarded and now Executive Director withholding annual report card

My daughter was bul****, the staff witnessed some of this bullying and their response was to call my daughter weak. The executive director (Northern Academy Polokwane) was informed and to this day none of the staff has sat down to ask my daughter how she's doing or speak to the named bullies. And today, they have denied giving my daughter her school results because we didn't give them enough notice that she will be removed from the toxic environment of the barding house where most of the bullying took place. Her school fees are paid in full but school refuses to issue results because they didn't get notice that she'll be removed from boarding house because of bullying.
