Bad customer service

I’m so disappointed and angry at the same time . CURRO Holdings has made my life a living nightmare. No one knows what they’re doing in their finance department. I was listed in incorrectly and have a judgement against my name at the credit bureau because they were *********** and sent incorrect details to their lawyers. Now I’m applying for bond I realized that I have a judgment on my name while my account was up to date when my child left the school. My banker needs a letter stating that they are fixing the issue but I’m being tossed to different people each time I call. I spoke to , Montsho, Thandi, Noluvuyo, Thuli and Jammie the manager refuses to call me back and explain the process. In the interim I’m loosing a house over their mistake . My customer code PIT003 with the correct name of the person who was responsible for the fees is walking freely and I’m the one suffering
