6 months later still no update on my application for financial assistance. Stop harassing me for payment and reply my application

Everyday I'm receiving calls from lawyers threatening to issue summons if I don't settle my account. I lost my job last year September and immediately notified the school (Curro Savanna) and inquire about the financial assistance which I app**** for in October. November it was approved and I was requested to submit some documents in order for them to finalize my application. Since then I've not received any response from them. Numerous times I've followed up via email and I received advising my application was approved as we as with the school to no avail. I even went to see the head master explained that I'm being harrased by the attorneys for school fees whereas I app**** for assistance from the school. He told me that they would also follow up and come back to me, 3 months down the line I'm still waiting for the feedback. I'm really disappointed at the lack of emphathy I've received from the school considering my account was always up to date before I lost my job. The most frustrating thing is that I've done my part as a parent to communicate my situation and yet I'm being treated as if I am running away from paying for school. Curro needs to do better at assisting and being hands on when it comes to such matters because truly this is stressful. making money shouldn't be first priority. Protecting the future and education of their schoolers should be number one. I hope to get assistance on this and close the matter.
