2020 vs 2019 enrollment fee

I enrolled my Daughter at Curro Roodeplaat in September of 2019 for the 2020 academic year, the school advised early enrollment because space is limited. I paid R8000 non refundable enrollment fee, when the 2020 applicable rates where published, the enrollment fee was R5000. Both curro holding and curro Roodeplaat refuse to credit my account with the R3000 towards the school fees. I spoke to a Michaela at client services who told me that there’s nothing they can do because I decided to enrol in 2019 for 2020. Curro is penalizing me for Early enrollment
