2 Months to Reimburse an Incorrect Debit Order

I paid my son's school fees in advance for a year R33459. On 06 Jan, Curro ran a debit order on my account for school fees, on the 07th I immediately reversed the Debit order with my Bank, a day later Curro reversed the debit order as well, i now owed them 1 month's school fees (R2935), i paid this amount back a weeklater on the 15th. A day later Curro again ran a debit order on my account as well as on 24 Jan, Curro owed me 2 months School fees (R5870), I sent a number of emails and called the school in January without a reasonable expected date of resolution. On 2 Feb I went to the school to fill in a refund form, they said it would be sent to Cape Town as only Cape Town do the refunds. I called them 10 days later, eventually they put me on the line with the Client services dept, they managed to refund only half the owed money, they had someone call me and tell me that this issue may take up to another month to be resolved. Now, I am a single parent of 3, does it really take 2 months to resolve and inconvenience Curro parents who pay their school fees on time or in advance? Curro up your game, we have other debtors to pay whilst you hold on to our hard earned money for 2 months.
