Warranty repair of aircon unit delayed by bad service

Samsung airconditiong unit under warranty taken in excess of 4 visits to repair. Delayed appointments and ended up damaging the unit even more then it was before. Bad service and non-existant management did not assist. When they arrived eventually on one occasion they did not have the basic equipment to complete the job and was delayed further. Totally unsatisfactory service provider.
