Good job hence I stay a loyal customer

I rarely ever give a compliment to anyone after I had any disputes with them. Brendan from Curries aircon is one such situation whereby he was the middleman between what his technician told him versus what I as customer has stated. I don’t mind paying for good service but when technicians make different stories then problems start. After few difficult emails in 2023, he sent out another technician named Oliver who changed the quality of the services and removed any doubt on honesty. Oliver managed to resolve 3 years of past servicing niggly issues that was not sorted by past technicians and Oliver does not leave the site until the equipment works. For this reason, my confidence in Brendan and Curries has been restored. I waited since his last service on my aircons at premises and can state that everything is still working well in between the services, that’s when we have power of course. After my last disagreement with Brendan, I was very tempted to stop using Curries but this has now changed due to Oliver intervention and I will stay with Curries for the future. Well done to Oliver and Brendan. Loyal customer in Germiston central business.
