victron inverter not discharging below 25%

useless

i contacted them for assistance with my victron inverter as it is not discharging below 25% with the SOC set at 5% they refered me to the technician that did the installation even after I told them the technician cannot assist me hence the reason i contacted them

they advised me that they cannot help me

a total waste of time and money never buy victron
