Shocking Service

I purchased a Motorcycle battery (YTX20L-BS) from Armand at Current Automation on 2015/06/18. The battery failed on Tuesday 2 Feb 2016. I took the battery to them and Lushay Goosen received it. She promised me that the battery would be tested and she would send the report to me on Wednesday. This did not happen.<br> <br> After several e-mails and enquiries as to what was happening with the battery she rep**** on Monday 8 Feb 2016 and in the e-mail stated that the battery was tested and there was nothing wrong with it.<br> <br> This is incomprehensible as the battery would not even crank the motorcycle engine and gave the classic solenoid rattle of a failed battery. I had taken the faulty battery out of my motorcycle and fitted a used one that I had borrowed and it worked perfectly. The battery was also bench tested at a battery shop with a load tester and found to have failed.<br> <br> May someone at Current Automation please investigate?
