No after sales service

I have booked an Rene solar inverter in for repairs under warranty first week in January and after numerous calls still do not have the item back. This is a R15,000 5KVA inverter quite expensive item. I have considered buying more of these however the after sales service is non existent. I am posting this on Facebook as well to warn everyone to stay away from Current Automation as far as possible. Rubicon is far better.
