Current dissapointment.

I handed in a Victron inverter at Current Automation in Kya Sand on 3 March 2020 for repair. The same day I asked one of their sales persons to quote on solar equipment including a battery and charge controller. No quote was received by 6 March and I called to enquire about the status of the repair and quote. The repair was then quoted for. I paid it and got the unit back on 10 March. Good. I also received a quote for battery and charge controller late Friday afternoon. We agreed on the equipment choice on Monday morning 9 March and I paid R139500.00 immediately explaining that I need the equipment by Friday 13 March latest. I was told that it is possible although the normal time is 7 days. I called Thursday afternoon 12 March to confirm delivery time , and was told that the delivery will not happen. I offered to pay half of overnight courier cost to make it happen and was told "under no circumstances". I am aware of the stated delivery time , but the expectation was created that I will have the equipment as requested. I expect that more effort can be app**** with a cash order of R140000.00.
