Be wary fellow energy backup enquirer!!

CA in Kya Sand operate on 100% prepayment. Fair enough, but expect delays without any compensation. After having spent a small fortune with them for a Victron 10KVA and 16x 200Ah battery inverter system, it was eventually installed. Just one year past installation, 12 of the batteries have overcharged, swelled and are beyond use. CA cannot offer rational explanation. They also do not offer a courtesy call-out to inspect the system! I live 15 minutes from them. Instead I am presented with another quotation, (of course with 100% prepayment), for connecting the remaining 4 batteries, reprogramming the Victron for this reduced load and removing the 12 dead batteries. They have a lot to learn about retaining customers...
