CurlsAir - Possible *****ulent orders

On the 19th of August I placed an order after having seen a sponsored advert, and I paid for VIP delivery. This is now going onto 3-weeks and still no package. The initial email I received from them confirming my order - and their only email on the website is now returning a non-delivery due to unrecognized domain. This to me is very alarming. How can I track if this was a spam order and how can I possibly report this for a refund.

I most definitely do not recommend them to anyone - their delivery promise on their website is most definitely not accurate and their customer service non existent. That is if the whole site or company is not a ***** which is even more alarming.
