This place is a joke, staff drop phone calls in your ears, your stuff gets thrown away(prescribed medication), there is ALWAYS an issue with hot water, the bar that is on the same premises makes such a noise that you can't sleep, half of the appliances in this self catering units doesn't work and you get shuffled from room to room when you stay longer than a week, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and this definitely proves it.
