Poor account handling and threatening letters to hand over account to debt collectors
I'm highly irritated that I've been receiving threatening letters to hand over the outstanding amount to debt collectors. This, after I've consulted with the medical aid and received confirmation that the account has been settled
Very poor customer service!!!
