WHAT A NIGHTMARE, DONT USE

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE..... not unless you want a nightmare moving experience, they really do provide all the horror moving stories you can think of. After they get your deposit you will be lucky to get any communication about moving dates and times out of them. Had scheduled to move on the 30th and called a few days earlier to confirm, only to find out that they had not scheduled the move and were very doubtful and vague about when it would happen. I called multiple time with no responses, they try their best to avoid you at this stage. On the 30th they called me and told me they can only pick up on the 1st of the next month, though they knew i didnt have the luxury of flexible moving dates. I asked for my deposit refund and they told me their policy allows them to hold it all back and there is a 72 hour clause allowing them to pickup within that time frame. They DONT CARE about their service and see nothing wrong with it at all,its just how they operate. Read their google reviews,they seem more accurate
