Stay away

This is by far the worst company to ever help you unless you want items missing, damaged and destroyed. They give you the cheapest quote so that you will go with them to use their services but be aware of the nightmare that you will enter with this money making **** of theirs and unprofessional services. We got several quotes and theirs was a little cheaper than the others so decided to use them but to our disappointment and double the amount we were originally quoted. We received a call they could collect our stuff on Monday instead of the Friday as planned. Leaving us with no furniture for several days. As we got to our new place on the Tuesday cause they said they will be delivering our stuff on Wednesday we phoned to ask whats happening so the stories and lies started due to them sending a small truck and could not load all our items they had to do another trip to collect the few items remaining which i could understand but although now they demanded another sum of money which we paid R2000 more than the original quote. Then Wednesday came no truck eventually we got hold of them on Thursday afternoon when they decided which lie to tell us and said the truck could only be there on friday due to them not having space on our truck which they quoted a shared load now they need more money and the truck will arrive on friday which i did not want to pay as they have had our items for 4 days. Friday came and gone Saturday we got a call the truck is 2hours away and they will not deliver until we paid the balance which totaled to R11000. Now what choice do we have so we paid and eventually got our stuff damaged and missing items this was September 2020 and till date have not heard anything about the damages and missing items we were told we should have taken of all the things before it went on the truck but who the...... Does that and why didn't they mention it beforehand? THIS IS A HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. We got all the original invoices and quotes. But they just dont care
