Poor service from Curative Holdings

<div>We got a quote from curative movers to assist with our move from KZN to Jhb. The quote was not bad. The agreement was to collect Saturday 4 January and deliver same day, as it is a 1 day trip, according to ****. Even if they have to deliver at 2 in the morning. They arrived just after 08h00 on Saturday as agreed, which was good. They collected 3 trips and and took it to their depot. We were then advised that they are not able to deliver same day as the driver is now tired, which I understood. I have asked them to advise when the driver leave KZN. Up to now we don’t know if they have left. I’m calling the whole day and they are not taking my calls. Someone from Curative PLEASE contact me urgently. Not a trick question, did your driver leave or not?</div>
