Delayed but still happy with the service received.

If this review was based on the staff picking up and dropping off the furniture is would be 5 stars. Even if i was told truthfully that there would be a delay from the original pick up and drop off date I would've given 5 stars. The office staff expect the drivers to perform miracles to do pick ups and drop offs in record speed. If you are going to be doing long distance shared load removals please expect delays, which would then cancel half of these reviews. If you don't want any of your furniture scratched then bubble wrap everything. Earnest, Tony, Andrew and Andrews replacement at the drop off thank you so much for your efficient service and handling of our furniture and for Earnest keeping me updated once you made contact with me.
