UPDATE So yesterday exactly one week since we were promised our move will happen it eventually arrived. This after they promised a 4ton truck for same day delivery which they sent a smaller truck than the dimensions we were quoted on. We had to leave essentials behind and had to buy new freezer and washing machine here since it did not fit the truck they sent. We negotiated more boxes and less furniture in advance which they charged extra after the fact. We had the clothes on our backs for a week as they made me sign unknowingly a hidden clause 17 for a shared load and later delivery after they loaded and conveniently referred to me knowing what I signed for that wasn't mentioned in emails or WhatsApp prior to loading...both pick up and delivery crews were decent and did the best they could. Overall this was a nightmare experience as every day our move did not arrive their stories changed as to where our things were...we suspected we were ****med and our things were ****** up until they eventually arrived. I will never recommend dealing with them at all. All could have been avoided if they quoted and planned properly and kept us informed all the way. Only after we sought help from SAPS they actually loaded and send our move.
