BIGGEST ************!!!!!!!!

One of the most unprofessional companies i have ever dealt with... the service from Bianca was beyond pathetic and the biggest ************ in their field. They give logistic companies a rotten to the core name.... the only thing that is a business about this company is the PTY they hide behind.... the website is a joke and the management team are a joke and should be taught how to run an ethical business.... you should all be ashamed of yourself. We paid 50% deposit to have our household items collected on Friday 25th September. They rocked up at 3pm only to not have all our items fir in their truck and they had an inventory list with everything that was to be collected. The next day we relocated to Western Cape and the rest of our items were collected to be delivered on a shared truck load by Monday 28th September. We called on Monday to check up on how far the truck was we were advised that the truck had not even left CPT it broke down. We were not notified of this on Saturday previously and when calling the office i was advised i am performing.... It cost me 4 days pre occupational rent which was impossible to stay in with zero furniture not even our clothes were with us. We then had to pay for another 5 days rental in another furnished Airbnb unit as we have a 4 year old plus we had to buy new clothes. Only to be told that we no longer going to share load we were been charged DOUBLE the price now for our own truck. 3 days after their truck broke down... no other company was available to collect the same week and we were told should we forgo another company we loose our 50% deposit. So our belongings were held ransom for more money.... This is not the first or 8th time this has apparently happened.....they are the biggest **** bags on this earth and deserve to get whats coming to them. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND HOLD IT RANSOM FOR MORE MONEY.....
