Bad furniture removal experience

I wouldn't recommend this company to move anyone's furniture.... They fetched my stuff on the 29th June from jozi and we're supposed to bring my stuff 30th June to Durbz, they said the breaks failed and need to fix them I waited a whole week for the truck to arrive, when it did arrive, some of my stuff was missing, some of my stuff were opened and some of my stuff was dirty. When I contacted the person they refused to do anything about it, ignored all my messages and call, and I did insure it but still nothing was done.
