Avoid dealing with this Company at all costs!!! Biggest mistake you will ever make

Abo****ely terrible experience moving with this company. Stay very far away. They will generally offer a competitive price and thats where the nonsense begins. 1. They arrived with the wrong truck size for my complex despite me giving the limititations of a <3.5 ton. 2. They arrive late to pick up goods in my case a day and a half late which i had told them was not possible before hand as another tenant was moving in. 3. They will then offer to wrap goods and of course price goes up and take your things, in my case by an extra 5000 for a 1 bed room apartment. 4. they agreed to deliver from JHB to CPT in two days, this did not happen, i instead got delivery in the second week from the time they picked up. 5. They do not communicate and will deliberately ignore your calls / emails / messages and respond when they feel like. 6. They kept promising delivery on multiple days and did not come, i lost work and money due to this. 7. My goods arrived, granted, everything did arrive but with damage to my fridge, coffee table, patio table and a few other items. 8. My couches which had been wrapped at my premises arrived unwrapped and dirty, like how? 9. So many people have had this experience with these people (not even an actual company except on paper), some have not even had delivery of their goods and have been coerced into paying for insurance claim, and have still not been reimbursed. 10. The positive reviews on hello peter are likely ****. 11. their website is **** and does not truthfully represent anything the company actually stands for. 12. They do not care about customer experience and are in this soley to make money and take advantage of people. 13. They operate with and alongside Stuffy Logistics avoid both. 14. There are several legal proceedings and active court cases against this company due to the reasons mentioned above (search facebook for more info). 15. The physical address is bogus so no joy there.
