Angry & Dissatisfied

I am so disappointed with such a poor or no service recieved from this company. Till today I have not recieved my furniture.

They collected my furniture on the 26th August 2021 for the truck that was suppose to leave Jhb 28 August 2021 and arrive in East London 29 August or latest 30th August 2021. I started getting different date of delivery on Saturday the 28th, that delivery would be on Tuesday the 31st only because I was confirming that has the truck left Jhb.

Monday 30th was told that I must expect my furniture on the 01 September 2021, such an inconvenience.

From there, I could see that these people are ***** and are making me their fool. I responded showing them the rate of airbnb that I will be deducting from Tuesday 31 August 21 untill the day they decide to deliver.

As I write this review, I still don't have my furniture.

They are such *****, I do not know why they sell us false information (dates that they cannot meet)
