Rude assessor, bad attitude!
Incredibly rude assessor, said his name was Thinus. We had no idea he was assessing properties in our complex. When we asked him why he was taking pictures, he had a bad attitude! How unprofessional.

As explained by our Consultant, we work directly via the trustees & managing agent regarding our inspections & rely on their notices to owners & residents where applicable.
