Removal Delivery not completed

I moved from Jhb to Paarl. Furniture got here 2 days before i arrived on Saturday 28 November. Still no delivery. According to them everything is in storage in Brackenfell Storage Man Everite Park. They phoned me yesterday saying they can only deliver next week all the trucks they using are on the road. Is there anyway i can find out if the furniture is where they say it is. I got the truck regr number. Is there any recommendations? They wouldnt reply on messages or sometimes takes a day or two.
