Shocking poor and ****y service.

After waiting for 5min to be helped by the staff at Cups and Cones, The Grove, and greeting 3 times only to be looked at ****y was a very unpleasant event. After I asked for my order the staff quickly ignored the request and continued chatting to passersby, after asking I can't even remember how many times, they kept ignoring us still after we arrived. I mentioned that they have bad service and they had the audacity to say they never spoke to anyone, it was one of the workers at the back, what a shock. The person in charge stood looking and turned away as I mentioned the bad service. Really poor, they won't see me again.
