VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Made a booking for my Guests that are attending my Wedding...have proof of all correspondence that the booking was confirmed and that they did receive my Deposit. Closer to the time when I enquired about something they claim to had no idea who I am or about my booking and now they already gave that space to someone else. They tried to blame their previous worker but I have the proof on e-mail that there were correspondence between ourselves and the Manager and her Daughter. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
