Rude consultant.. Cubidolls, Vincent patk

Shocking and embarrassing service I received today at cubidolls in vincent park mall in east london

I bought two perfumes yesterday, September 26th and went home. This morning I choose to put on Black Opium but I quickly realized it wasn't the correct one so I ended up using Si, which was the 2nd bottle I had bought. Took them both back to the store after work so I could remind her of the two I had bought cos she didn't give me a receipt. Firstly she argued that I had used quite a bit and I said yes I sprayed done but showed the content of the second bottle I used. The last just opened one bottle from the shelf and pored some of its content on the one I was returning saying that I'm paying for the amount I used. This she did infront of my daughter and other customers that were on the shop and said she didn't hv time to argue and wanted to go home and sleep. I was out of words and just walked out. Mind you the perfumes are over the counter so they take go on the shelves so I was speechless that she could not even apologies for giving me the wrong bottle. Colour and everything is t he same so I didn't think to double check before walking out and she's never made the mistake

This is very disappointing as I have bought throe perfumes over the years and she's generally not rude. However, the service I received today made me change my mind about ever returning there
